Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened sleep masks, pillow mists and similar personal-care items cannot be accepted unless they arrived faulty.

How to return

Email shop@oasise.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
