Products & pricing

All products are described as accurately as possible and all prices are listed in AED, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update products and pricing at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. Once payment is confirmed and your order is accepted, we will process and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order in the event of an error in pricing, product information or stock availability.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment details.

Intellectual property

The OASISÉ name, the "Sleep Beyond Ordinary" mark, our logo, imagery and content are the property of OASISÉ and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for ordinary domestic use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OASISÉ is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
